I want to let you know that the trip overall was fantastic and I thank you so much for the great organisation. I am heading back to Canada shortly but will keep this trip in mind forever. Final Trip-feedback

Your representatives:
The taxi drivers who took us to and from Delhi airport (Tues 26th Feb and Sat 2nd May) were prompt, courteous and handled our luggage. The driver who collected us from Udaipur airport and spent 5 days with us was excellent, he was on time, made helpful suggestions and we always felt safe with him.
Hotels: Both the Trident at Udaipur and the Aodhi at Kumbalgarh were excellent, very good locations, very good food and very good service.
Transport: The Indigo flights were fine. As above, our driver was excellent.
Guides: The guide and arrangements at Chittorgarh Fort were very good and efficient. The guide we had a Kumbalgarh Fort was good. The morning and afternoon safari drivers/guides were good.
The only guide we had who we thought was not up to the high standard of the other guides was the one we had on Tue 26th when we went round the City Palace etc. We thought he was a little casual, although he did seem to be well informed.
Suggestion: Having now had 2 tours with you we believe that your organisation and quality of your tours is superb. Well Done! We hope to be able to travel with you again!

Hello Dilip, we are now back at work and we fondly remember our India trip. We thought it would be a good idea to give some feedback. Firstly, we must thank you for all your arrangements which all went to plan.The ones which didn’t were due to transport problems ie cancellation of Buddha flights and 5hr delay on the train journey to Delhi. We were so grateful to you for promptly arranging the taxi ride from Kathmandu.Whilst this was a challenging journey, the driver and his companion made sure we arrived at the Indian border at the earliest opportunity and we would wish to convey our sincere thanks to them also. The trip in Kerala was fantastic as was our driver who was reliable and pleasant at all times. Accommodation: The Imperial Hotel in Delhi was the finest hotel we have ever stayed in.It was truly magnificent and a real treat especially after our arduous train journey. The Windermere at Munnar and Shalamar Spice at Thekaddy were also fantastic.Each had it’s own unique appeal. The Poovath Hotel in Cochin was not great and was not near the standard of the previous hotels . Overall,however, whilst the houseboat experience was a major disappointment, the trip was very enjoyable. We will certainly use your services again,Dilip and recommend you to our friends and colleagues.Thankyou again for all your efforts. Kind regards. Graham

Comments as follows: Good: · Hotel o was great location o Staff were lovely o Food very nice · Pushkar o Great town for two day visit o Fair was a very interesting place to go to Room for improvement: · Hotel o Bit disorganised – e.g. not finding enough camels for us to do our tour. · Guide for Pushkar tour o Nice guy but seemed a bit bored and didn’t add any more insight than you’d get from Wikipedia · Train o Seemed to bet a difference in class/ standard on return journey – which was odd considering we paid the same price. Good afternoon Dilip Very many thanks to you for making our first trip to India such an amazing experience. You were given a very wide brief and managed to put together the most wonderful tour for us. It is doubtful that we could have fitted in one more thing so we will have to return at some point in the future. Our driver , Ram, was efficient, courteous, attentive to our needs and we felt very safe in his capable hands on some very alarming Indian roads. Please pass on our thanks to him. The excellent driver in Varanasi deserves a medal, he was outstanding. The guides in each city were informative and in particular we would like to commend the guides in Agra and Jodhpur who were such excellent ambassadors for India too. We loved your choice of hotels and looked froward to what we would be staying in next. We didn't want to stay in any of the large international hotel groups as they could be anywhere in the world so your choices were exactly right. The food at our hotel in Jaisalmer was outstanding, quite beyond belief and if we were closer we would visit the Gorbandt far more often! The staff at all of our hotels were friendly, attentive to our every need and terribly helpful. We especially enjoyed the company of the staff at Jodhpur. Staff at all of our hotels would not have been out of place in some European hotels and indeed many of their European counterparts could do with taking a leaf from their books. The train trip from Varanasi to Agra will remain in our memories for years, what an experience! So glad that we tried this but truthfully now we know the delights of Spice Jets we will opt for flights every time! Your patience was never ending and it was such a delight to enjoy your company at the end of our tour and we shall have wonderful memories of our meal together before we left Delhi. We have promised you some of our photos and these will be on their way shortly. If you feel you would like to use them on your information please feel free to do so. Our recent tour

Hi Dilip Thank you very much for organizing our Rajasthan holiday. You provided us a feedback form, but I thought it would be easier to do by email. Firstly on our driver. Mohan is excellent. Very calm and respectful and also very happy to do whatever we asked. He was courteous, punctual and well groomed. We always felt very safe (and that is saying something on Indian roads!). He is an asset to your business and we would highly commend him to fellow travellers. On accommodation. We really liked the hotel in Jodhpur. Very comfortable rooms, good restaurant ( for dinner, the breakfast is very ordinary) and service. Highly recommended. In Jaisalmer the hotel is very impressive, but is expensive given the lack of hot water and that electricity is randomly cut without warning. We also did not like having to change rooms on the second night. In Jaipur, the hotel was disappointing. We were given a room in the reception area, so it was very noisy, particularly in the mornings. Also, the towels were old and thread bare, and soap, moisturizer etc were not replaced after the first day. In Agra the hotel was very nice and the service was excellent. Most of the local agents that greeted us at the beginning of each new city were very good, particularly in jodhpur. The Jaipur agent was not impressive, almost rude. On guides: Sandeep in Jodhpur was a stand out. He instinctively knew what we liked and didn't, made sure we were enjoying ourselves and never tried to push us into anything we didn't want to do. Tanu in Jaisalmer was also very good, as was our guide in Jaipur. The guide in Udaipur was knowledgeable and friendly, but we were uncomfortable being taken to shops we did not want to go to. For example, we thought we were being taken to see how miniature paintings are done, but ended up getting a very hard sell from the shop owner to buy paintings and carpets etc. Our guide in Agra was friendly and knowledgeable. And finally, the itinerary you prepared for us was excellent, exactly the right time in each city. So, thanks once again. Kind regards Clare

Although we very much enjoyed our holiday in that beautiful part of India, the service offered by the other tour company was extremely disappointing when compared with the professionalism of your team. They let us down badly on at least four occasions. We have had to write a letter of complaint and are still waiting for a reply. So thank you, Dilip, not only for a well-organised and thoroughly enjoyable holiday, but also for making our first visit to India such an unforgettable and rewarding experience.
